Leadership
The significance of effective leadership in student achievement cannot be overstated. A strong leader has the ability to inspire and motivate teachers to reach their full potential by establishing clear expectations, providing support, and fostering a positive learning environment. By working together, we can create a culture of excellence in education that benefits both students and teachers alike.

Learning Leaders
Learning Leaders is a yearlong professional development program for the leadership team of a district. It is designed to meet the needs of your district and your leaders. With the exception of the 1st meeting, each day will include ½ day learning and ½ day classroom walk-throughs. Following the walk-throughs time will be spent constructing feedback. Each day will start with debriefing about feedback given since the previous meeting.
